Questions before you order
Will it clean my sofa and carpet?
Yes for most fabric sofas, carpets and curtains. Fit the cloth cover, keep moving and don't soak one spot. Test a small hidden area first, and don't use it on leather, silk or velvet.
Will it remove old, hard grease?
Steam softens most cooking grease within seconds so it wipes off. Very old, baked-on grease may need you to go over it 2–3 times with the brush nozzle.
How much water does it hold?
The tank holds 350ml. Use the measuring cup and funnel in the box to fill it.
Do I need soap or chemicals?
No. Use clean tap water only. Do not put detergent, bleach or vinegar in the tank.
What plug does it use?
A Kenyan 3-pin plug (Type G), 220–240V. It fits normal sockets in Kenya, no adapter needed.
Does it kill bed bugs?
The steam gets very hot and reaches into mattress seams and sofa joints. It helps, but it may not finish all bed bugs on its own. For a big problem, also call pest control.
Is it safe around children?
The steam is very hot. Keep it away from children, never point it at people or pets, and let it cool before opening the cap.
